From order to shipment

01 · Order and recipe checkThe request comes in; recipe and batch size are confirmed.
02 · Reactor productionRaw material weighing, mixing and emulsification.
03 · Quality controlAppearance, pH, density and viscosity measured at batch release.
04 · Packing and shipmentFilling into drums or IBCs, labelling, loading.

Jacketed reactor: charging port, agitator, heating and cooling jacket, bottom discharge valve.

Emulsion preparation: high-shear disperser and recirculation loop.

Measured on every batch: appearance, pH, density and viscosity.

Filling is into drums or IBCs. Pack sizes will be added here once confirmed.

From order and recipe check through to despatch: weighing, reactor production, batch control, filling.

Fabric circulates in rope form. The machine type where antifoams, anti-creasing and levelling agents do their work.

Open width, continuous line. Finishing agents, softeners and polyethylene emulsions are applied here.
